In-Home Care
If given the choice, older adults want to remain living in their own homes for as long as possible. Each year, we provide nearly 300,000 hours of care to seniors to help them remain at home and avoid or delay nursing home or similar placements.
We assist low-income, home bound seniors aged 60+ in Orange, Seminole & Polk Counties with daily activities that have become difficult due to declining mobility and health. This includes clients referred to us who are at high risk of abuse, neglect or exploitation. Clients are charged on an income-based fee scale. Key services include the following:
Care Management:
A custom care plan is created for each individual. A package of essential supportive services, in-home and community-based, is coordinated by a care manager who monitors the senior’s needs on a regular basis.
Homemaker Service (License # 231446)
Our homemakers provide light housekeeping and home management services such as laundry, shopping assistance and meal preparation.
Personal Care Assistance
Bathing, dressing, feeding, shaving and walking assistance.
Companionship s(License # 231446)
