Monthly Sustaining Supporter

Help our organization to plan ahead with your monthly scheduled donation.

  • If you designate your donations to Seniors First through the Heart of Florida United Way’s annual workplace campaign your employer can deduct your monthly contribution from your paycheck.

Big Hearts Circle

Through Big Hearts, the donor giving circle that supports the Meals on Wheels program of Seniors First, your contributions, caring and concern directly impact our community’s seniors who are most in need.

As Americans continue to live longer, many experience difficulty in maintaining their independence due to declining mobility and/or health. Access to food and preparation of meals becomes increasingly difficult. For the vulnerable elderly in our community, Meals on Wheels is literally the difference between remaining in their own homes and needing to relocate to a nursing facility. More than just a nutritious meal, the client also receives a friendly visit and safety check from the volunteer that delivers their food.

With your minimum annual donation of $1,000 (only $84/month) we invite you to join Big Hearts and become part of a select group that collectively serves as ambassadors in the fight against senior hunger.

Legacy/Planned Giving

Ensure the work of Seniors First will continue well into the future with your generous promise of a planned gift.

The success of our mission depends on individuals like you. Your generous promise of a planned gift helps ensure the work of Seniors First will continue well into the future. It is as easy as including a charitable gift to the Seniors First Foundation in your will or estate plan. Besides sustaining Seniors First into the future, a planned gift may also reduce your taxes or provide life income for you or your loved ones.

Making a planned gift to Seniors First is an important decision and one that reflects your support for our mission and values, as well as your personal philanthropic goals. Please consult your financial or tax advisor to discuss the planned gift instrument that is right for you and notify us of a gift in your will, trust or other type of planned gift.
