Class Fees:
$100 per appointed Guardian (1 Individual)
$50 per additional person

How to Register:
1. Fill out the online registration and payment form here. Registration for the May class will open shortly.
2. You will receive verification once your registration is complete and payment has been processed. You  are not registered until your payment is received. (The Zoom invite information along with your training manual for the Live Online Guardianship Class will be emailed to you a week prior to class.) 
3. Only those registered in advance may attend the class.

Day of Class:  The Live Online Guardianship Training Class is an 8 hour program from 9am-5pm with a mid-morning break and 1 hour lunch. You will need access to a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. A webcam is required. Guardians are required to attend the full 8 hour course and will be monitored to ensure their participation. Be sure you are able to commit to the full 8 hours.

Certificates of credit for this class will not be given out unless you attended the full class. Your certificates will be emailed to you within two weeks of taking this class. It is your responsibility to forward the certificate to your attorney to place in your guardianship file within the circuit the case was filed. For those advocates who do not have an attorney, please make sure to mail a copy to the court.
