In-home Care

If given the choice, older adults want to remain living in their own homes for as long as possible. Nowhere is support towards senior independence seen more clearly than through our In-home Care program. Annually, we provide more than 98,000 hours of care to seniors to help them remain at home and avoid or delay institutional care.

We assist low-income homebound seniors in Orange and Seminoles Counties with daily activities that have become difficult due to declining mobility and health. These individuals are at risk of nursing home placement because they are struggling at home without access to supportive services.

Care Management

A custom care plan is created for each individual. A package of essential supportive services, in-home and community-based, is coordinated by a care manager who monitors the senior’s needs on a regular basis.

Homemaker Service

Our homemakers provide light housekeeping and home management services such as laundry, shopping assistance and meal preparation.

Personal Care Assistance

Bathing, personal hygiene and dressing.

Companionship

Our companions relieve loneliness for isolated seniors by providing socialization, conversation and assistance with reading and personal tasks such as running errands and shopping.

Respite Care

A trained companion for your loved one to relieve caregivers for a few hours.

Adult Day Care

Pest Control

"I am able to stay at home with the help of the aide who reminds me to take my medication, same as the companion, and the aide helps me bathe and change clothes and cleans my house, which makes me happy, and I can stay at home. I love my case manager. She is great."
