Memorial and tribute gifts offer a meaningful way to celebrate life’s special moments or honor the memory of someone dear. Tribute gifts can mark birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, graduations, or other important milestones. Tribute gifts also provide an opportunity to honor someone special in your life whether your parent, child, friend, neighbor, co-worker, client or other. A memorial gift serves as a lasting tribute, helping your loved one’s legacy live on through support that makes a real difference for others. Your thoughtful contribution not only honors someone special but also brings comfort, hope, and care to the seniors we serve.
Consider inviting your family and friends to support Seniors First mission because it is an important cause on your heart. For special occasions invite them to donate in lieu of gifts. To honor the memory of a loved one, invite friends and family to donate in lieu of flowers. In your estate documents, note your own intentions that you would like memorial gifts made to Seniors First in lieu of flowers.
When you create a tribute opportunity to celebrate a special occasion, our team can provide you with graphics and links to support you in inviting your friends and family conveniently. When we are notified of memorial gift opportunities, we also provide an online link and option on our website for friends and family to easily check that their gift is honoring your tribute. When tribute and memorial gifts are received all donors receive directly a thank you and receipt letter. Also a personal acknowledgement of who made donations is sent (with no amount indicated) to the designated person.
