Guardianship
Seniors First Guardianship has been appointed as the Public Guardian for Orange County. Guardianship is available for indigent adults 18 and above, who have been legally declared unable to care for themselves and do not have relatives or friends available to act as guardians. Lawyers and trained staff manage legal and medical affairs. Our Guardianship program is now serving 95 wards.
Our Guardianship program also offers an 8 hour Guardianship class required by law. This class is held quarterly and is required for family members who are becoming guardians. To register for the class, contact 407-297-9980.
